I bought a showerhead which didn't work out for me, for $65. I got an RMA number from the company to return it, sent it back in perfect condition, and have never gotten my refund (guaranteed by their site) nor will they answer any emails. They have no phone number or other way to contact them; their snail mail is a PO Box. They're rip-off artists! read full review »
