VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR SERVICE! I originally placed an order through their website on Oct. 15th, I received one item out of six, the other five were on backorder, (which did not show backorder when placed the order.) After receiving the one item, which the quality was not what I expected, I called on Nov. 2nd, spoke to a Beverly, and canceled the rest of the order, (which only one item was canceled.)
