What a disappointment! I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift allowing plenty of time for the 14-18 day delivery that was promised. I called several times to see if I could get a tracking number for delivery. Not only did nobody answer or call me back, but the phone number is someone's cell phone. The email address posted on the site was not working either. All emails have been unable to deliver. If they were just delayed, it would have been simple for the company to inform me with an email.
