They advertise the software as a recovery tool to Export an Exchange EDB to PST. It does nothing of the sort, in fact, after having chatted with their support they claimed it needed Windows 7 32bit with Outlook. I went out of my way to create a virtual environment that satisfies the software requirements, 10 hours of setup and file transfer, I ended up with the same results. This is not an enterprise grade software, and their support is certainly not friendly enough to make it anyone's worth while.
