Ordered a product from this website. They don't let you know they are out of stock on the item. I needed the item by a certain date, but they don't let you know they don't have the item and cannot ship it. When you complain that you haven't received the item, the only remedy they offer is to refund your express shipping charges. This is dishonest and keeps one from finding the product at a company that can ship it to you when you need it. read full review »
