Bank of America Were I a stockholder in Bank of America I would be very concerned. We recently tried to buy a foreclosure owned by Bank of America. The Bank of America Asset Manager listed the property requiring pre approval for a mortgage from Bank of America. We applied and were approved for a little more than a third more than our offer on the house.
