I purchased 96 brushed aluminum canisters with shaker tops from Wholesale Supplies Plus to hold a body powder that I manufacture. After delivery, I contacted them that the tops leaked the powder and that they were not acceptable. After several weeks of waiting to hear back, I called again and was told that they had in fact tested the tops, and they did see the tops leaked power - and that they would get back to me after contacting the manufacturer.
