I was fianlly able to contact this "outfit". I emailed a person calling their self Sandra#SA6007 on Oct. 23, 2010. I down loaded the papers she said to download, filled them out as she required, sent them in. She said they did authorize the full refund and it would take 4 to 10 days to show up on my account. This is Dec. 3, 2010. My account does not show any credit from Swipe Auction. I have notified my bank not knowing what they can do. This is a scam. I was never notified they were charging me 162.18.
