My husband and I went to Dave Woods at Mobile Mortgage in October 2009 to get our home loan modified in order to save our home. Dave assured us that we qualified for a loan modification and that he was confident he would get our interest rate down to 2% for the first several years and then it would rise slowly over the next few years and finally stop at about 5%.
