I ordered 6-32oz bottles of Wella Regenal at $40 each. Was charged full amount of $240, before the company even knew if they had the product. No phone people, only e-mail. After 5 wks., 15 e-mails, many lies, they mailed me 1 bottle, kept the difference of $200, stopped all communication, and I was forced to file a dispute with my bank, It is still not resolved. This company uses fluffy adjectives to soothe you as the theft occurs. DO NOT USE THEM. read full review »
