My friends and I are frequent patrons at IHOP (3141) 4934 Centre Point. We visit at least 2-3 times a week. We decided to visit the Ihop on Ashley Phosphate in N. Charleston and were greeted by an unusual smell after deciding to keep up with our ritual we order in spite of the odor, the limited menu items, and higher costs.
