this phone belongs to me, i bought it with my own money it does not belong to city so i would like to send them a bill at a high interest rate for using it i dont borrow their car why should they borrow my phone, if they want call me send me a phone and i will plug it into verizons line for them to use the more they call on their computer hook up they will have to wait for their payment, the same as i have to wait for a phone from them or payment from them for using my phone read full review »
