Ms. Soldon sold me a Spanish Water Dog and promised me registration papers. The purchase was in 2008 and as of my last communication with her on 2 December 2010; she still hasn't honored the contract. Also, in Jan 2010, I was awarded judgment from a local district justice to recoup the cost of my dog which she has not paid.
