High-pressure tactics, constant up-sell, duplicitous in the extreme. One of the worst experiences of my life. When I went in for a "consultation" they showed me pseudo-scientific utterly ridiculous movie on hair loss. Then shoved a contract into my face to "get me started." They wanted $3000!
