I have experienced numerous Duracell 9 Volt coppertop batteries being "dead" right out of the newly opened package. Batteries affected have the date stamp MAR 2014 on the side of them. I have atempted to contact the consumer line but their automated voice system does not give specific guidance in reporting 9 volt battery issues. After the voice finishes its message, it automatically disconnects the call. I would like to inform whomever at Duracell that the 9 volt batteries date stamped MAR 2014 may be a bad batch and may need a recall. Thanks! James Furry read full review »
