It seems I too have managed to get scamed by this company. I never received the product so before my 10 day trial period was over I tried to cancel the order. I was never able to because the phoneline was always busy. There is no way to email them and even after sending them a letter to the only known address in Chicago there was no reply. However even before my 10 days were over they had tried to charge my credit card twice for 87$ and change and one charge for 35$ and change.
