Sheehy Ford Service Dept has very unprofessional employees. If you have a warrenty, they dont have alot of interest in properly servicing your vehicle. I had to take my car in for a brake issue. They never put my car on the machine for a code, they missed another brake issue and now I have to pay another deductible because of their poor service. They come to work for a paycheck, not to provide excellent customer service. I will never recommend their services to anyone. read full review »
