This company believes that their employees with 14 years of experience is only worth 7.50 an hour. They don't pay you holiday pay (time and a half) like other companies do and they don't tell you until after you have worked the holidays. When they promote you, they overwork you for the little extra money they do pay you. I have found that this company does a lot of things in the dark and do not tell their employees until the last minute of changes.
