I have deposited a parcel with the APX cargo company in Rawalpindi on 2 November 2010.The manager of the company whose name is Pervaiz and his agent 'sname is Khawar.They asked me to pay them Pak Rs.7300 for which i got a receipt from them.They booked the parcel on the conditions that it will be delivered in Landon wit in 7 days to the consignee at his home and no extra charges will be levied except handling charges as per rules.Now the company has charged 30 pounds extra along with 40 pounds handling charges, the parcel has not yet been... read full review »
