The staff that work in this fast food restuarant are rip offs. We ordered the box lunches and subsituted the beef for chicken and paid the extra cost. When we sat down they subsituated the bean burrito with bean, no chicken. When we told them at the counter the male worker went to the back spoke something in spanish and came back telling us they would be another extra charge for that.
