I am in a vehicle all day, every day and am forced to eat at fast food/quick shop places. I have visited numerous McDonalds in the Des Moines area and it's always the same, the food is never quite what is ordered. The ONLY time I can count on decent service is when the McDonalds is staffed with older workers. I agree with the previous complaint about the ethnic makeup of the workers. I wonder how many are illegal? It's really exasperating when you expect english to be spoken in America's restaurants and all you get is gibberish. WAKE UP MCDONALDS read full review »
