I have been sending in all additonal abd much of the same paperwork for thr remodification prgram since April and have not been denied or granted a new mortgage. Each time i called each week, they woulkd say "its in underwritting and well call yuou if we need anything else, but don't worry, your house is not in foreclosuer and iff we are not able to remodify, we figure out anoter program'. well they filed to lift the stay i have under bankruptsy for non paymnt to take myh house.
