Citimortgage, does not care about helphing people: after they screw-up. I will admit my husband and I were only one month behind in our house note for about 6 mos..I did look into the modification program, but was told, we did not qualify on the company. A few weeks later a REP from citimortgage by the initals of S.H called us and was saying I have been trying to get a hold of you, I with the loss mitigation dept, and i see you were trying to get your loan modified, i told her that was correct, she went on to say she could help us..
