Sears.com customer service sucks! I bought a whirlpool electric range online on thanksgiving day and was promised a free microhood per the thanksgiving day ad. When delivered, there was not a microhood on the truck. I have called numerous times and talked for 10+hrs on the phone trying to get my free microhood. No one will help me! I've been called a liar. I will never shop at sears or sears.com ever again. read full review »
