I got ComCast in September of 2010 and said I'd hook it myself since the house was already set up for it. I got my stuff in the mail and tried hooking it up and it didn't work. So I called and set up and appointment for a few days later and the tech didn't show in the time frame he was suppose to, so I called back since I had made plans and couldn't wait.
