He is calling himself managing partner, but he is bilking thousands from unsuspecting people. Do not give this man money. File your complaint or story now. Keith Walker is a Fraud and Conartist. He has bilked tens of thousands of dollars fro over 8 people now. We would like to put him in jail, if you know his whereabouts, call the police. Do not fall for his franchise deals or issue him checks or any one under the fictious name stephanie Carroll, or Gloria. Last known operating area is North Carolina.
