I am sure I am not the only customer who is tired of ordering chichen from the KFC menu, only to be told that it will be a twenty minute wait, because they are out of the product. When I asked, why are they continually out of product and customers have to wait, the reply was "We do not want prepare more product they may be required". If this is policy, then the cost of doing business, is more important then acheiving customer satisfaction and establishing repeat customers.
