I intially was going to set up service through the Dish Network but was lied to by several phone salesman. I was taking my time to get the right price so I contacted Direct TV. The saleswoman told me that with all discounts and taxes my total bill would be 34.99. I signed up for the $5.99 insurance in case a technician needed to come out to fix the equipment. The gentleman who came out to set up the service told me that this would be best otherwise we would be charged a fee for them to come out and fix anything.
