I have 900 minutes on a plan that I pay for I now have accrued 2945 minutes and I lost 499. minutes from 12 months ago which I paid for. I tried to switch my plan to lower minutes but all the minutes that I paid for would be erased. I have to stay with At&T because apple has a monopoly with AT&T and I can not use my cell phone that I paid 311.00 for with another company. Dont buy an iphone or use AT&T or you will never get what you pay for. read full review »
