I ordered a book from discountbooksale for 6.95 with 5.00 off and free shipping. At the end there was asurvey to take and join a membership club I did not do it but noticed I never got a confirmation of the sale. I read online about this company doing this to other people, charging them for unknown membership fees. I called the #866-529-3413 to cancel my bestbrands membership and the lady tried to help me, but after about 12 minutes said there sever was working slowly and could not find my account, to please try back in 1 hour.
