So, for the past couple of weeks my club has been having problems with keeping staff and/or staff coming into work. There were a few days of staff showing up late to open up and a few days of no one ever showing up all day. May I remind you that I wake up at 4:30 am to get to the gym by 5am because this is the only time I have to workout.
