My loan was taken over by Cenlar when TBW went under. I am still waiting for them to apply a payment from August 2009. I have a paid receipt from TBW. Every month I ask about it and no one seems to be able to understand my question (since the agents don't speak English all that well - sorry - no offense meant - but it is the truth).
