It looks to me like Intellius preys on people who are willing to pay a small fee to obtain information online. I used the service one time and discovered that I "somehow" agreed to a "trial membership" in an "Identify Theft" protection service. Intellius charged me $19.95 a month for 11 months, when my intention was to pay $11.95 for a one time service.
