Never ship the product or answer emails. Has no phone number. Finally two or three wks later, they said they got my email and will get back to me shortly. Two more weeks later they said they will ship within another week. I had called my credit card and got a provisional credit by then. Over a month from the original order they said they noticed I got a credit and asked if I still want to re-order. I said no. Looks like others have had same problem! Now I try to check for these kind of reviews ahead of ordering. read full review »
