Called to cancel a cell phone line on a family plan, cost $10 per month. Instead the line was switched to an individual line, cost $70 per month. When I called to complain. was told that I would have to pay cancellation fee because I had only had this line for a month. Talked to someone higher up. agreed to cancel line, but wanted to charge me for two months, the past month and the one until they disconnected the line.
