Bought 5 year plan for a coch purchased at nebraska furniture mart. Had 4 1/2 years got a stain called Gaurdsman they sent all kindsof paper to fill out sent that back in. Thay sent a letter saying not enough info and to call them at a number. Which in the meantime took 3 weeks or more to get to this point. Called number and the repersentative ask when stain occured we said not sure, se said she needed a date we then said maybe 3 to 4 weeks ago, they said it has to be within 5 days of happening but we explained that by the time we filled all... read full review »
