DO NOT BUY A STOVE FROM ENGLAND STOVE WORKS!! SORRY PRODUCT!! SORRIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ESPECIALLY DURING WINTER MONTHS. Purchased an Englander Stove Works Pellet Stove from Home Depot. After the installation, the auger only works part of the time. After each use, we have to empty the pellets out of the hopper, cajol it, shut it down, wait several hours, and try again.
