Ordered the 10-day free trial October 26th. My credit card was charged on November 2nd...7 days later, not 10. Just don't order it. I just finished my 10th phone call with them and have been advised that the previous person I spoke to, 2 weeks ago forgot to issue my refund. This time, they say it should be credited within 2-3 business days. You have to call this number to cancel 1-866-889-2187. You MUST have your order number.
