If you a buy a new home make sure you double check all the details. like the carpet paddding is what you bouht and paid for make them show you. They may say it is so we bought new and afteer doing this they told us they made a mistake and did replace but we had already bought new. The Ge appliances are not worth the price buy your own. Microwave after 2 weeks of use died one week to get service another week to get repaired because of some stupid contract they have with ge.
