I ordered a $25. gift card for my grandson as a xmas gift..he loves Target. I submitted the order before realizing that there was a $1.95 shipping charge..to send a gift card! It arrived in an envelope, postage paid by Target was .35 cents. I ordered online for the convenience, but this was ridiculous. I ordered from 2 other companies (Chico's & Bass Pro Shop) & neither of them charged shipping for a gift card. I was most unhappy with this charge. read full review »
