Golds Gym in market square Pittsburgh has horrible Customer Service. Not only did the sales representative lie and not cancel my membership and continued to charge my account for four months then they "froze" my membership and did not switch it over. So when I got another bill seven months later without a phone call or a letter, I got another person to sign up and "transfer" my membership but they won't transfer it over because I owe for November and December of 2010?
