I ordered a pair of ugg boots on novemeber 29th and the money was taken out of my account instantly, I have a tracking number but the parcel service says it does not exsist. I cannot even access the website any more. I am completely disgusted, I am unemployed and was excited about getting this great deal for my daughter's christmas present and now I am out $100.00 I did not have to begin with.
