My husband and I had a car loan previously with Citifinancial Auto and acquired this auto and loan in 2005. Our Loan was sold off to Santander Consumer USA in September 2010 and we didn't receive any information or letters indicating that our loan was sold off. We only foundout because we requested a payment history in order to dispute a negative report for an amount that was listed on my credit report.
