I too received a $75 Citi rebate from Sears for purchasing over $1000 in applicances. I tried to use the card today at Sears and it would not work! I was told by the clerk to call the 800 number on the back of the card or go to the website. I went to the website and tried to register; I got a message that told me I had to call customer service. I used www.prepaid.citi.com/sears. Next I tried calling the customer service number on back of the card and could not reach a human being!
