1. Per the contract he was suppose to provide maid service for the clean-up which I paid for and he did not provide. 2. The tops for the blinds were never replaced. 3. The contract calls for a $2, 500 retainer fee. We paid that plus $1, 000 addition, but where does it state, in the contract, the additional $1, 000 charge. 4. I never received a receipt for payment #4 ($1, 714). Unable to get a receipt from Mark Scudder, owner of Miramar Consulting. 5. Still need the $130 overpayment reimbursed to me for overcharges. 6. Unfinished work: there is a hole in the wall which needs patching. He has failed to show up many times. read full review »
