I bought the warranty in october of 2009 and in november of 2010 I tried to get my transmission fixed in my 2001 dodge ram pickup and they have continue to deny my claim. First they told me that my truck using carfax was a rental vehicle. I bought it in 2001 and it was a rental lease vehichle. they then said that it is a comercial vehichle. they said my contract doesn't have the comercial vehicle indorsement and that they will not cover it.
