Despite my repeated calls my problem of offering me a proper package are not resolved. I am been given big commitments and everytime I call, assurances given are very high but practically, the very same day or the next day problem re-occurs. There seems to be major technical problem in their system or there has been delibrate attempt to harrass the customer. I had requested to refund my money as I had done a blunder of my life to opt for Airtel digital connection.
