These guys don't care about their customers. i purchased a $70 valve from them as a prototype to develope a water shut off for people with galvanized pipes. after a few months the valve failed so i contacted them about returning or replacement...that's when the "joke" started...they would call me back as soon as they talked to the manufacturer. i thought then, why the manufacturer, i bought it from YOU. well, weeks passed and no call back. tried again and got the same customer service guy, jeff, with the same story...week... read full review »
