I ordered an airbrush set for my son for x-mas. These people sent me the wrong airbrush. I ordered a non-toxic paint/propellent set, needless to say, they sent me a toxic one. Its like they just grabbed whatever off the shelves, and tossed it in a box. After reading these other complaints, very unlikely I'll get a replacement, but by x-mas...and I too have sat on the phone waiting for someone to actually answer.
