This company said we owed $454.99 for online advertising. States we failed to meet deadline to cancel advertising. Explained to billing dept person "Patrica" would not give last name. That we never recieved a contract for online advertising. She stated we needed to pay a $250 dollar cancellation fee. I asked her to send this in writing where it stipulates this cancellation fee, she said she didnt have too. I said that we would not pay for a service we didnt want and she stated that the $25 late fee would continue to accumalate, and would eventually go into collections. read full review »
